Booking policy
Previews (trials) are recommended, but not required. Previews are not refundable.
Please have a deposit available at the time of preview to secure your date. If you choose to not place a deposit at the time of your preview, your date will be held as a courtesy for the next 72 hours. After 72 hours, your date will be released from my calendar. When you are ready to book, you can contact me at your earliest convenience to see if your date is available to proceed with your booking.
If you choose to not have a preview, a deposit must be made, at your earliest convenience, to secure your date.
I know beauty is an integral part of this special occasion, so I want you to feel absolutely certain that my team and I are the ones you want by your side. Please keep in mind, your wedding day services are not secure until a contract and deposit are received. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable but are 100% credited to your final balance due 10 days before your wedding day. If the wedding date should change, you forfeit the deposit. (The deposit/retainer is non-refundable as it blocks out a date when another potential client could book my services.)
When your wedding date is secure, we will go over the contract together, discuss the timeline, customize details to your wedding day, all you will have to do on the day of your wedding is enjoy every moment!! I will create a timeline for all hair and makeup services and send it in advance to you or your wedding planner.
