Cancellations and Late Arrivals:

Out of respect for my business and for wait-listed clients, I honor a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. Please understand, when I reserve a block of time especially for you, I am turning away other clients to keep your time slot secured.. Violators of this policy are subject to a fee of 50% of the service total before rebooking your appointment. Guests who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment will no longer be allowed to schedule appointments in advance.

New Guests who no-show will not be able to reschedule their appointment.

If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible by texting 404-530-9258. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all of my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee the full service scheduled will be performed and may result in eliminating services and/or a rescheduling fee. Multiple late appointments will result in a Late Fee of $25 will be added to your service total.

FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 per service canceled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled

SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY:

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
