We ask that you take notice of what to expect given the guidelines we are required to follow upon re-opening.

• Our air is being sterilized all day long and our professional cleaning crew specializes in deep cleaning and sanitation.

• All employees are trained on the latest sterilization and Covid sanitizing protocols. We are cleaning before, during, and after each guest for the utmost cleanest enviroment!

• Employees nor guests will be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms.

• Upon arrival please call the salon at (908) 588-2294 and let us know you are here for your appointment. Our front desk staff will inform you when your technician has completed sanitizing their station, tools and are ready for you. Please stay in your car with your air conditioning on.

• All staff members and guests must wear a face mask upon entering the salon. If you do not have one we will provide one for you. We prefer face masks with ear loop holes.

• All staff will have their Safety Check-in upon arrival and temperatures checked.

• All guests will have their temperature taken upon arrival into the salon. Anyone presenting a temperature of 100.4 will not be admitted into the salon. We ask that if you are not feeling well to please stay home and reschedule your appointment.

• Each guest will complete a health questionnaire upon arrival.

• Each guest will sanitize or wash their hands upon arrival.

• We have contactless greetings! We love you, but we can't hug you!

• We will be unable to take walk-ins at this time. Every guest must have an appointment in order to enter the salon.

• Only the stylist and client receiving services are permitted in the salon. Only exception is a parent accompanying a minor or aide for medical reasons. Only ONE Parent accompanying their minor may sit in the waiting area. If your child requires your lap for a haircut they will not be permitted until restrictions are lifted. No excepetions.

• The waiting area is off limits while we try to keep the amount of people in the salon to a minimum. No person will be permitted to sit in the waiting area to ensure and maintain social distancing.

• We will have a touchless retail area & assistance. Technicians will help you stock up on products and curbside pickup will be available.

• Complimentary Drinks & Treats will be paused for now.

• All equipment used by a service provider will be sanitized between guests.

• Doors, exits and other high traffic areas of the salon will be routinely sanitized.

• We will not be accepting check payments at this time. We will have a sheet with all technician's Venmo accounts for gratuities.
